A veteran outdoor management trainer. After a short stint of 3 years in the private sector, took to trekking in a big way. Shantanu, initially worked with a Indo-British trekking company, leading several treks into the heart of the intimidating Himalayas. Being a postgraduate in Business Management, it did not take him long to start his own business. He was the Founder & Director of Countryside Outdoor Programmes Pvt. Ltd., a company that specializes in adventure tourism & outdoor management development programmes. Currently, he is a faculty at the National Outdoor Leadership School, USA while sharing his vast knowledge and experience in the area through a process of facilitation and consultancy.

World Record Holder & Alumnus - IIT Kharagpur & IIM Kolkatta

World record holder, recognized by Guinness Book, for having climbed the tallest peaks of each of the 7 continents in the shortest possible time of 172 days.
