Shantanu, initially worked with a Indo-British trekking company, leading several treks into the heart of the intimidating Himalayas. Being a postgraduate in Business Management, it did not take him long to start his own business. He was the Founder & Director of Countryside Outdoor Programmes Pvt. Ltd., a company that specializes in adventure tourism & outdoor management development programmes. Currently, he is a faculty at the National Outdoor Leadership School, USA while sharing his vast knowledge and experience in the area through a process of facilitation and consultancy.

Being an Applied Behavioural Scientist his forte lies in conducting Outbound Management Training programmes based on experiential learning. Dr. Panniker has over 15 years of working experience.
